It can sometimes seem difficult to even think about entering into the world of web design. Yet you shouldn’t let the world alone discourage you from trying to pursue and endeavors that you feel like you can profit from. The tips in this article can help you understand some of the key aspects of web design.
Learn about shortcuts, and use them often. Almost everything has a shortcut in web design, and if you take the time to look them over, you’ll find quick ways to do almost everything. There are even HTML codes that allow you to make fast changes to each of your pages without having to re-upload them.
Use ALT tags whenever possible. These helpful tags describe an image to a viewer, assisting the visually impaired, as well as those who prefer to browse without images. As an added bonus, some search engines include these tags in their rankings, so you may get a boost by using them.
When you are designing a page with links, make sure that the link has text content. Links that show content are clearly visible to the visitor so they know what they are clinking on. If there are links on your page without text content, they could accidentally click the link through a keyboard shortcut.
Perhaps the most important tip that every web designer should use is to always increase their knowledge base. No one knows everything there is to know about web design as it is changing and expanding every day. Make sure you keep up with the latest advancements by taking the time to learn new tips and tricks.
For the best layout, make sure that the colors you choose for the background and font are restful to the eyes. Choosing moving backgrounds or neon colors can make it hard for people to read, and they may navigate to another web site. However, include pictures to break up your content and make the site complete.
Everyone wants to generate as much traffic as they can to their site as possible. Once you have all of your content up on your site, then you want to try your best to invest into a good search engine optimization tool that can help your site go up in rank amongst its competitors on search engines.
Do not use blinking, scrolling text or other animations. Also, steer clear of sounds or music that plays automatically. All of these things are distracting to users and provide nothing of value. In addition, connection speeds vary from one site visitor to the next, and everyone does not have the same speed. Those users with slower connections will resent the slow-loading elements of your site. Free Website Builder

I know what "My Free Website Builder" is referring to, but it seems like you want a free website builder. Have you tried Microsoft Office Live Small Business? It has a free easy to use web designer tool which allows you to create a website without the need to know how to do HTML/CSS coding. This is a free service and Microsoft is offering a free domain name (i.e. yourdomain.com) for the first year. Try it out:

hey ….there is this website it is free and you have to pay nothing just make your website and it is really cool :www.freewebs.com and then they will ask if you want to sign up for a new web site for free….
OK, well first you need to buy a domain. Most places can sell you 1-3 year leases for around $10 a year (relatively cheap). Now that you own the domain, you need to host it somewhere. Hosting services can run from $40 and up a month, but you get a web server already setup, hard drive space, FTP / Telnet / etc… usually ASP or PHP and usually some type of database. Or you can host it yourself, which means you need a machine with a public IP address and you need to bind your domain to it. This can get very complicated, and I recommend you go with a hosting option.
Delete the comma after page in the second paragraph.
Full-featured in the last sentence of the second paragraph has awkward wording.
Second sentence in the third paragraph is awkward with "reliable to power their online presence." Try to fix because the sentence really make sense.
Otherwise good

The question asks which of the THREE recommended services is the most preferred. Is the parent company who offers HostMonster and BlueHost your preferred answer then?
Hmm. you want to name that company?
You should also know if recommending a host service for personal or business use already, if answering a question, think. :-/
from that I would say the reply to the question might be better phrased like this:
A: The preferred service varies with customer requirements, but in your case definitely say that since HostMonster and BlueHost are owned by the same parent company, both subsidiaries offer full-featured services that can fulfill all of your requirements.
Whether looking for a place to park your personal home page, or a professional internet presence for your business, HostMonster and BlueHost have both been exceeding their expectations for years. Both are really easy to use, too, and bring reliable power to their online presence.
Either offers a free "Site Builder" that helps you build your web pages without difficulty, even if you are not skilled in using any website creating program. Their web builder is a WYSIWYG program (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get), and this technology means that the finished page will always display exactly the way it was designed.
In conclusion, then, afforded a choice. Both services are very good, easy to work with and should reliably fulfill your needs.
Where are you uploading the file?
I mean what is the Webserver you are using?
If IIS is the webserver ,go to website and under documents section
make sure Enable Default document is checked and mention the page name (along with extension) which you want to make as page.
I am sure there will be some similar setting in other Webservers too
Obtain ftp details from your web space provider or ISP. Use ftp software such terrapin, there are a few others, configure ftp details into software and upload.
